I was really impressed with the site, the colors and everything in between, until I took a second look at the main title image. The text effects that you performed and the compression you use on the image really don't do it justice. It looks pretty darn cheap. You have a very classy feel to the site with both the typography, content images, and color scheme but the title image makes me think of cheap candy, and not classic beauty. I really think you should spend another day on the title image. The background image is good but the text feels like it should be more refined. I am thinking solid color without transparency and maybe a script font. I keep seeing white letters as written by a caligrapher. Great job on everything else!
