Smooth, easy, clean, great use of space, valid code, etc. But that title image is, quite frankly, horrible. The photo is an Ok shot...but the color balance feels a bit off. The text is simply atrocious. I can't stress that enough. The typeface, the colors, the effects - the whole shebang. You have a solid site, done without any 3D bits - stick with that for the image. Clean, solid, well spaced text will go oh so much further than cheap 3D. I also would prefer to see a less saturated, slightly darker blue for the body background. it would really help pull the forground forward, and help focus the eye.
