Any one run into this before? It is not a formating issue. A call to date() shows the date to be 1 day and a few hours off, almost like it is another time zone.

If I go straight to the command line (bash) and enter 'date' it spits out the correct information, so I know the sytem clock is right....

Very curious indeed. Any clues?

solved it......!

I restarted Apache and life is good now.
