Flash would rough you that shape (see nax's Trace Bitmap advice above) and you could then export from Flash to Illustrator and fine tune it there. You've not mentioned anything about having either app but figured I'd throw that in. |

Did you know that saving the shape is actually just as good, that is I mean, you can edit the shap as you would a normal path if you set the custom shape to to "shape layers" or "paths" before you drag out yer shape? It's true! |
