OK here is the deal. we met online and I just don't know. I mean I am in love and stuff but others places I talk 2 all say that I am making a big mistake. So, I came to U.

I am 22. I don't know if it is legal or not. I think she is may be 14. I talked to her on the computer three times but that's it. IS this first degree rape? Sodummy? What else can the cops come to my door and say Derek we are going to have to charge U???

I hihgly suggest such a topic not even be discussed here. I suggest you stop all forms of communication with any minor that you don't have a damn good reason to be communicating with quite frankly.

Are you absolutely sure she's even a she? And under the age of 50?

Sodomy assumes that there are two males involved, by the way. It's only first degree rape if she is unconsenting (AFAIK, anyway -- though there are many other legal issues associated with having sex with a minor -- consenting or not). Police wouldn't fine you for such an offense, as you suggest -- you would face hard jailtime.

If you're already thinking about sex, trust me, you don't love her. You may think you do, but you don't. Don't even consider sex until you're sure that you have a solid relationship that would only be made stronger by such a venture (and, even then, I think it's unwise unless you are going to be -- or already are -- married... but hey, I'm old-fashioned. )

I'm closing this thread. The topic isn't appropriate for a web design forum and I get the feeling this is just a poor attempt at a joke. It's also creepy that you live in the same town my girlfriend goes to school in. If you think I'm mistaken in closing this thread, feel free to email any Mad Scientist.
