I have several essayists onboard for professional writings and at least one other staff member who will probably do the PHP/MySQL backbone.

I've been working on this in my spare time. It's not 100% CSS *yet*, the links don't work, and there's no PHP/MySQL backbone either. I'm currently looking for a partner to convert the site to CSS and a partner to write the PHP/MySQL backbone. In the meantime, tables are satisfactory for concept work. I'm definitely going to add a lighter border on the right edge.

Criticism/comments? Likes/dislikes? Suggestions? I'm only concerned with the style/look of the site now having already finished the previsualization spiral.

View the site in Mozilla/Firefox. Layout isn't adjusted for IE yet and won't be until it's 100% CSS.
