Could be because the type attribute on the forums is image/png whereas for Guru's Network it's image/x-icon. |

Yea, its fairly rubbish to be honest, I recon it was a temporary job if he did. It doesnt represent the Asylum in any way. Other than the fact thats its a 'design' and its mostly a 'design' forum.?? Could be an idea for a wee Asylum competition. Can those favicons be animated ? a flaming post icon or a capital A or O would be better. Or of course mister slimey. |

To me the favicon of Asylum represent a sort of maze ( the Asylum in fact ) in which the inmates wander, chat, try to avoid the squid of the north wing, take their pills, go naked, ... |

Talking of favicons, does anyone know how to get different favicons to work in different directories? My experience has shown that only the favicon in the root directory of the site gets used, even when a directory has it's own favicon.ico. |

so all you have to do is put a favicon.ico in your folder.... I have a question about that. the way my site's set up I have to put all of my pages in an htdocs folder, would I put the favicon.ico in the root directory or in the htdocs folder? |
