Topic awaiting preservation: Playcount++ (Page 1 of 1)

I always find one song dominating the playcount column of my iTunes... On my windows box the top song in that category has been played a few hundred times... on my new PowerBook and iPod, its already reaching around 50. It's also been played countless (no, really- there's no way of counting ) times on my old minidisc player and various cd players. There are other songs that get up there, but none seem to touch this one for me..

do you find you have a song that gets played consistently like this too? not just a new tune you've been playing a lot recently, but one that is consistantly played a lot over a long period of time.

For me, it's a toss up between "Hotel California" - Eagles and "Wish you were here" - Pink Floyd.
