I remember seeing some legislators in an Asian parliament punching each other several months ago. Looks like it's common practice in Asia to ramble among legislators.

Those three are most likely reporters.

Anyway, very very absurd, heh... certainly beats a bunch of fat old guys in suits yelling at each other!
