Now for some deeper "critiques" and comments, IMHO :[ulist]* it lacks of contrast * the font used for the navigation looks cheap :\ * if you wish to use an underline for the navigation, it'd be great to underline the items all time ( not only the :hover ), to emphasize the fact that they link to something. At first sight I missed the navigation. * the 2 white vertical lines in the header seem a bit out of place. There's nothing similar for the main area. The content is on a white background, and the "neighbourhood" is blue. * the shadow casted by the header is a bit wide, or the gradient is too linear. * the difference of color between the background of the H2 and the "neighbourhood" is a bit odd * it'd be great to recall the dithering of the header somewhere else. * the animated underline on the links is pleasant[/ulist]But all this is just my own picky opinion and about some points of detail.
