Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Enjoy the turkey! I know a lot of us are going to be sick tonight!

My mother... cooking a turkey... It sends shivers down my spine!

I think I want a pill!

I think Thanksgiving is one of the most important days of the year! I get to spend time with my family and enjoy a nice big dinner. It's a little white with snow here, so that's another positive, for me at least.

I think Europe and other places without Thanksgiving are missing out on something special.

I don't take Thanksgiving seriously, but I sure do enjoy it!

So what other silly holidays do you have mahjqa?

I personally don't like Thanksgiving much...and my people are certainly not thankful because of it. I do like the tradition of getting the family together, however, and of giving thanks for what we have.

I'm thankful that WS has, yet again, had the opportunity to remind us all of his heritage.

so what don't you like about thanksgiving? the turkey?

I just got back from my Thanksgiving dinner! Sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes with gravy, turkey (of course), rolls, green bean casserole, just to name a few. All of it was good, made by my oldest sister too. Now I am full and looking forward to dessert, Chocolate Cheesecake.

At this point, I feel like just sitting at my computer to let my food settle to the point I can eat dessert.
