Not using Color Code ##'s, is there a name for the cells/background/ect... of this forum?

There's no name like "green" or anything like that which matches the background colors here. The only way this color can be exactly represented is with RGB numbers (or the equivalent hex number). For those, check http://www.ozoneasylum.com/4660 .
