Topic: POW 64: Ice

Any ice you find: ice cubes (but not the entertainer), ponds, icicles, whatever.


Rules:
1. Photo needs to go along with the subject in some way.
2. Use thumbnails for photos with any dimension larger than 450 px or over 40 kb.
3. Post as many as you want.
4. At the end of the week the person who chose the topic will pick someone to choose the next topic. This isn't a "winner", just someone who gets to suggest the next topic.
5. No sigs

Man, that's gunna be a hard one; it's 32C here. We don't even have any ice in our freezer - it's frost free :D

We've got plenty of it around here this time of year!

I was able to dig through the snow to our pond. I got some good ones.

But here's my favorite of them:

Slowly getting back into taking a few shots after a very long absence.
Miss my Nikon, but el cheapo digital will have to do for now.

hmmm, this one looks a little like ice,
with a little filter slop.
Will take a few from the real world outside, if I can dig my way out past the door.
Lotsa snow and ice right now. ...good subjects abound.

My buddha, izzy. Those are fantastic! I can't help but thinking that some of those macro shots would look better in black & white, but maybe that's just me. Nice regardless!
