Tao: For the Math Puzzle, just pick the result of the problem, add ".htm" to and voilà you've got the URL of the next stage.
For the Code Puzzle, it's a matter of looking at the right place, shifting the characters, finding the association between the symbols and the characters. It's not that hard in fact. The most challenging for the non-nerd might be the last one which require an ASCII table.

I made it to level 12 before calling it quits on the image puzzle... Have to go back to it later and see if anything jumps out.


The code and math ones were both rather simple. The only thing that gave me a bit of trouble to begin with was the use of a comma in place of a decimal (bloody non-American notation ). Even the general knowledge was pretty easy, just had to look up 3-4 of them on Google.

Nice way to kill an hour or so in all though

heheheh... the only unfair thing about the image puzzle is that it's IE biased (2 stages use the IE highlight technique, the red x image displays text easier in IE.

(this may help your stage 5 struggles too, by the way.)

Wait, how was #3 made? I remember those old posters... Is that something that can be accomplished in PS?

stage #4: use the levels, or a flood fill in a paint program.
stage #6: check the file size of the image, don't you think there's something weird ?

... and how about #12? I'm sorry, I've been trying to do this one for ages now, I've read the whole thread again and again, I won't be able to sleep tonight!

stage #12: the URL is written in fulltext in the image. Pay attention to the borders, and don't forget what I said about the case sensitivity.

This wasn't fair, I hated that stage...
I had got the principle, but got tricked because of the borders...

the most tricky stages for me were the #8 and #12.

I've had a lucky guess for the #8 and later found the correct way to reveal the URL. At first I tried to find a PS distortion to reveal an URL distorted in the Chrome background, but it'd have been too tricky and there certainly was reason for the presence of the text in the foreground.

The case sensitivy in the #12 really tricked me.

is #13 also case sensitive?

yep. Use the letters in the case you see them.

12 was mean... I was so close, but the case sensitivity tricked me as well.

stage #15: uses a channels and levels trick.

Slime: You're my hero! Thank you SO MUCH for that magic eye link - that's the first time I've EVER been able to clearly see one of those images! My whole life I've been unable to see those damned things...

Yeah, sorry, I didn't realise there was more than one page so I thought I was posting on the end of the first page but it was the second...you get the idea.

yeah I've done the same mistake...

Just solved stage #5 of the image puzzle. Took me so long because of that IE bias. How do you make those kind of images?

Any hints for stage #8?
Stages 6 and 7 too easy, IMHO.
