Topic: Inmate Webring (Page 1 of 1)

It's a pretty self-explainatory idea, I suppose. People could select an item in their Cell to join the webring and place code in their page. Abuse could also be reduced by setting a minimum rank of III, IV, or whatnot.

One issue I can already see being mentioned is the load it will present to the server. A valid argument, I agree, but perhaps more energy can be dedicated to finding an adequate solution if enough people show interest. I figure it an interesting enough idea to mention amongst the thousands of post here.

We had/have one already.
If i remember correctly, there was some discussion about it before the grail was finished. I want to say that it was going to be something that was eventually brought back, but I can't remember for sure.

yes ,there is one. It's mostly broken - though I kicked out the invalid sites (most of 'em) a few months ago.
Again, a time issue. I have to prioritize just about everything I do at the moment.
Asylum improvements are pretty low down on the list anyhow - and there's still a lot of work on ->grailTodo ;-(
