It probably belongs to the XML - XSL - XSLT - XHTML - CSS - DOM, but this guy is a freak and this page goes beyond the scope of CSS.

Cool, but it's forked up in Safari...
I've actually seen a working desktop over the web.
It was a company that offered your own webpc a while back. At that time it was ie only, but you had drag'n drop for file uploads, working file explorer and all that
At first it was free, then they went commercial, don't remember the name of the company now so I don't know if it's alive or not.

Really cool though
