Of course all can still be done with Paintshop, but the differences are significant. The main issues with a light saber are getting in there by hand on the handle and tweaking things on the pixel level, and then getting a good glow on the blade with several layers - one good hard-edged layer with solid color (close to white), and at least one good blurred layer with lots of color. Beyond that - give it a shot, and post what you make. Then we can go from there...
