That is... Um... Odd. I still find it kinda cool, you can grab her by the head or feet too and drop her where you want.

They must have been thinking about what it would be like to sleep on a bed of soap bubbles.
You can actually grab her by the hands, shoulders, hips , knees, head, feet, etc.
.

neat toy, though if I could I'd suggest:
-sounds (hehe)
-kind of gradient on the background to see which direction (and how fast) she'l flying
-different shaped objects
-bouncy balls (different colors of balls with different amounts of 'bouncyness')
on the bug front, I've noticed she just ignores some balls.
But still: Neat.

I've been playing with this for hours, but she still hasn't taken her clothes off... what's up with that?
Seriously, though - that's pretty cool.

Drag her out of view to left or right and bubbles disappear, presumably to satisfy a redraw limit as bubbles are drawn offscreen. The fact that bubbles are drawn left/right/below, offscreen, but not top means that you can throw her perpetually upwards so that she is seemingly tumbling through space. That last detail was probably not noteworthy, huh?
There's no entropy! Even when chilling out among some bubbles, she continues to throb and wobble as though suffering a fit - reminiscent of those old pinball games where the ball 'vibrates' when caught in a corner. In some situations, it is definitely not work safe. lol:
I agree about sound, but it would have to be limited to a 'one-time only' sound for each bubble, or you might get the same affect as the 'throbbing' whenever she slows or stops among bubbles. A gentle BOING! would escalate into an ugly cacophony of BBBBBBBBBBBOING!!! Maybe a little BOING limited to a low repetition rate with a wobble-related noise to fill-in?
I was annoyed that she wouldn't spin round the cursor or cartwheel through the air quite right (simple ragdoll physics) but amused myself by swinging and throwing her off to one side and seeing if I could get a perfect head-dive.
Suggestions would be animated bubbles, maybe rising, and at different speeds depending upon size - should be easy to apply without having to patch the limited physics.
Great as an experiment or draft, and a good demonstration of Flash functions, but I bet there are at least a handful of inmates capable of producing something similar witha lot more polish.
Why not get your heads together and see if you can create an Asylum version? Could be any medium (not just Macromedia) - and it could even start off in a padded cell or something (perhaps alluding to escape into one's mind - just full of bubbles).
...or something.
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzz.....

White Hawk: Yeah, I had lots of fun swinging her off the side of the screen and seeing how long I could get her to fall without hitting a bubble. I think my record was around ten seconds or so.
Um, not that I spent all that much time doing this, of course...
