Topic awaiting preservation: Requesting pixel art of a girl.

Unfortunately, I'm only good at drawing vector graphics (more specifically, in Inkscape).

I'd like someone to make me a somewhat unique IPA drawing of a cute brunette girl in a short skirt for my Wikipedia user page ([http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Phroziac]). It'll need to be in a free license like GFDL or in the public domain for me to use it there. And, it would be preferable if it's in PNG format.

I'd like someone to design me a new site much like Google. The name and logo should be just as catchy and with the potential to generate billions.
