Uber Displace

This is a precursor to another idea that I've been chewing on for awhile. Hopefully I can make it before my brain takes off again. I've already gotten started on it and I'm rather pleased so far. I'm sure I'll toss up some teasers and leave it in the dust because I suck like that.

Cool, I will give it a try later this week if I get a chance. I have been wishing for something like this. Did you do it with the Photoshop SDK or Filtermeister?
