Topic awaiting preservation: Judge Resigns Over Secret Surveillance (Page 1 of 1)

The title is a bit misleading. I do not believe that the judge ever said he was resigning over the Secret Surveillance, it just says that he has resigned, he is a judge on FISA, but it says that he was not available for comment and his resignation letter has not been released.

At this point anyone saying that it was over Secret Surveillance is conjecture.

I want more information on what is going on. And I want the Executive Branch Indited for Treason.
