I'm not sure if substituting a thick tomato sauce in place of water was such a great idea. I do know that folowing the pasta package directions was not a good idea... Pasta + Thick Tomato Sauce + 11 minutes = a very red microwave interior (not to mention crunchy and chewy pasta)
