I do think that freezing the fish first is cheating - a bit like the kids at school who'd roast their conkers (not a euphemism).

So that's how they did it they roasted their conkers! I knew they were cheating. My pet Turbot says he hasn't had a good slapping fight in ages. OK Tarquin (that's his name) let's go for a walk through the forums and see if anyone needs slapping.
