Topic awaiting preservation: Flash website - UBBs? (Page 1 of 1)

I want to incorporate a UBB on my flash site. I had an HTML one on my old site. What should I do? Are there Flash UBBs?

I can't help with your questions, but I can help you in some way...

If you use the "Edit" button immediately above your post, you can make your posts much less embarrassing. If you don't say why you edited, then we may just assume you fixed some minor grammer issues in your post.

I don't know of any flash forums, the majority of the free ones are built from PHP & MySQL or flat files, they generate HTML.

That shouldn't be a problem though, after all you embed the flash in HTML to show it on the web so just do it the same way as you did on the other site.

(Now, I'm supposing that you mean UBB as in Ultimate Bulletin Board, a type of discussion forum somewhat like this one?)

Just to answer I don't think such a thing exists. Also I don't think it's a good idea. I don't mind flash for certain things but for something like a UBB it's not a good idea.

I doubt there are any useful ones out there as well.

Maybe you can integrate a html one into your flash site?
Or seperate the flash layout so far that you can integrate it?
