I need to find out how I can make a pic made out of black and white dots only...please help

Got an example?

I was thinking that as well, but there are a few other things that do the whole back/white dots thing also.

Like...create the face of a person just out of black and white dots...design a picture but black and white dots only

Well, as much as I hate to go this route there is Filter>Sketch>Halftone Pattern

But you can also get there by having a flatened greyscale image, and then Image>Mode>Bitmap when it converts to Bitmap, you'll get a pop-up box that has a method drop down. Under that select Halftone Screen. Play around with the Frequencey until you get something you like. And don't forget to select Shape>Round in the Halftone Screen dialog box.
