First off it's nice to see the light off day again after all these years of solitary...

Secondly, I have a problem with IE (who doesn't I know!?!?!) in Firefox the flash I've created displays properly in it's place however in IE it seems vertically positioned in it's div and a menu using a UL is not displayed. Can someone tell me how to fix this? See for yourself:
