check this guy out. Not sure who he is but it was at the SICAF in 2003. I'd like to find some more videos of this guy if anyone knows who he is.

I've never seen that particular person again but there are actually quite a few sand painting videos circulating from different people. I either saw a web site or an email that listed a pantload of links to videos, all different and none were the one you posted.

Try searching google videos or youtube fo sand painting
