I think it has better contrast than the other render. Plus the plastic looks more plastic. I'm keeping it. :P

At0mic_PC: Indeed but so what ? I find your pill a bit too glossy, and it miss a shadow, but otherwise it's nice. To use them as a signature, you could probably open on of the capsule and have your nick drawn with tiny pills

I could try changing the lighting a bit and add a shadow. I'm not totally satisfied with the black part of the pill. As for the animation... Gee I don't know much about animation except that it makes my head hurt wondering how people do things. It does sound pretty cool though.

If you know what it is you would like animating and how you would like it to look, there's plenty of help here. I had hardly realised that Photoshop had a thing called Image Ready untill I posted here. As soon as I figured what is was that I wanted to achieve in an animation I was royally supplied with assistance.

I can do simple animations. But nothing too dramatic. And gimp's GAP can do more than I've learned. Just that some things I don't know how to go about.

I thought about a still image, but yeah an animation might be cool ... though making it loop seamlessly would be really tricky
