It's AI week for me, am finally delivering my two semester AI assignments, automod is one of them.

I'v considered and re-considered the automod project. It has the core of an AI expert system.
But it is.. a consulting-bot (all expert systems are).

Meaning it can work with incomplete data, but needs a hand to learn more every once in a while.
This will be a "light" duty, a few minutes every few weeks, but is absolutely mandatory.

So, if you would like to help this thing get live, or are a forum moderator with huge automation needs, raise your hand.

We have Mad Librarians who's business is just what you're describing.

Ah, the joys of uni in June, when exams come (at least here) and you plan on the subsequent celebration, or sorrow drowning.

Thanks for the proposal and good idea. Guess i'll make such a manual standalone (page on my site) and somehow restricted, though, so we can avoid disclosing too
many details until having made decisions.

Ok, whacked together a quick guide which I will evolve later on.

To sum it up, for future reference still: mad librarians should "instruct" the mod bot when it cannot do it's job correctly on a given thread.

This said, with the current relevance of 73%, and the error/ambiguity factor of 3%, the automod could already go through a "test run", which would already sort 700+ threads
out of 1000, and would get only 30 of them wrong.
