At least, neither seem to offer any additional features that would make me choose Writely or Google Spreadsheets over Word and Excel. The dependency on internet availability is a huge deterrent for me, not to mention I'm in no rush to place all of my business documents on (1.) someone else's server and (2.) online. The "ease" of sharing is probably what I like least about it. I couldn't imagine sending out an email to a customer or vendor with instructions on how to create an account and log into my spreadsheet when I could simply send the spreadsheet. Thats my $.02 anyway. Loading...
