I'm not very good in english, so excuse my mistakes... I have a very slow connection, still on dial up..so when I want to see some Flash movie, it takes... a while, sometimes 10 , 15, 20 minutes before I can finally see the animation... I would like to be able to see this animations on my pc, but it seems I can't record them, register them, copy them or what ever on my pc.. I guess it must be some kind of protection ???? how could I import a flash animation on my pc ??? thx ! |

You can look for third party applications like Flash Catcher. |

For simple Flash movies a la newgrounds and tons of other places, all you have to do is pop open the source code, find the .swf file's path, and download it. In Firefox, you can hit CTRL+I or do Tools > Page Info, then go to the Media tab to find them quickly. |

Thx gyus... I did download as suggested Flash Catcher, but once downloaded on my pc, it only shows me the player, not what is inside ?! I'll give it a try for the firefox stuff.. I've checked some code source and most of the time the location of the swf file is.. crypted ? ( check per example http://www.iditarod.com/3-0.html ). |

Click on one of the video links that opens up the Flash player thingy, then you can hit CTRL+U to view the source, or hit like F11 to expand the screen, then right click outside the Flash object and choose View Page Info, then hit the Media tab and you'll find something like flashmap/videoplayer.swf?ForceReload=11:32:09. |
