Something very strange going on, i thought i would post here to see if anyone has any idea why. Here is the situation:
I have a webpage which contains 3 iframes. The first iframe has image categories, the second iframe shows an image list when u select a category, and the third iframe shows the image settings when you select it from the list in iframe 2.
I am using internet explorer 6
I have a very fast broadband connection and get very good speeds from this site, everything is done with php.
When i load the site and select an category or image, the loading times aren't bad, fairly quick but i can see it request the page inthe browse status bar.
If i happen to right click and refresh the webpage which contains the iframes, it redraws them all as expected. BUT, now when i click on any category, image etc - it loads them much much faster, practically instantly, i dont even see the request. I thought it might be some sort of caching but it doesnt matter even if i view an image i havn't viewed before, still lightning fast.
So this only happens if i right click and refresh the main webpage which contains the other pages.
Any ideas why this would happen, how it is possible?
I'm completely baffled but it shows that the experience can be much faster.. somehow.
