Hello.

I've taken some classes on VB.net and done some HTML work on my own. I wanted to start learning ASP.net by trial and error. My problem is that when I try to start a new ASP.net project it asks for an HTTP address that has ASP.net activated. I don't want to start paying for a webspace until I actually know what I'm doing. Is there any way to set up something on my harddrive that would just simulate a webspace with ASP.net? I'm using Visual Studio .net 2003. Thanks for any help.

I am not an ASP Person. But if you're running XP you should be able to install and run IIS with ASP.net right?
