![]() I'm been trying to save for web, a simple block color design in a bright red. When i go save for web the colors are coming out alot lighter than they look in the .psd file?? |

![]() You might need to adjust your gamma settings for Photoshop - so they look like what save for web's renderings look like. |

![]() If your color setting have been adjusted to your liking. It sould like your View-->Preview Set-up is check to something other then monitor. Photoshops "Save for web" displays color as it would display on the Web, in most cases browsers don't support embeded color profiles. So yy choosing View-->Preview-->Monitor you are effectivly turn off photoshops color management. Keep in mind the color is still effected by any system level color profiling, ie. mac system calibration, most calibration hardware, our your graphics card gamma and monitor controls. |

![]() View-Proof Setup is the same thing. Proof color should be turned on or else View->Proof Setup has no effect. You should choose monitor RGB, as window or Macintosh RGB simulate the default CRT gamma of the specified OS. The Mac being slightly brigher then Windows in general. |
