Honestly, I can see why some inmates consider this spam - your post is lacking that 'human' feel,
you know, a greating, a signature, a link to the website you want to integrate the menu into...
Some personality, a reason why we should help you in the first place.

Anyhow, the menu probably isn't 'Ajax' at all, but simply an animated DHTML menu.
With that info, you should be able to use google to turn up pages like this one.

Oh, and make sure to nose through our ->faq - it's full of good resources

thx dudes well I was just looking for some good javascript forum and...here Im. I find some nice tutorial for dropdown menu,but I didnt find any that whan you click or mouseover that nice sliding menu like on this site, so...

Well, you could build the sliding animation yourself,

but personally, I'd also check out ajax toolkits like dojo, script.aculo.us and the like,
which provide quick and easy animation.

mooTools is the falvour of the moment, unfortunatly it lacks some documentation but its much slicker and nicer than prototype IMHO.
