SleepingWolf - You may want to track down the rules for photos of the Eiffel tower at night. Unfortunately, you can't just post them to the web. I would provide a link with more information, but never having been to Paris it didn't seem like information I needed to keep around. |

I know the rules ..thanks...i'm not using the night photos for commercial use, so as far as i know i'm legal..to be honest i really couldn't give a shit if i'm allowed or not...if they have any problems they can come tell me to my face. oh, i forgot..they don't have my permission to visit my site..if they do, i would consider it trespassing. |

Oh .. I didn't even know that publishing night pictures of the Eiffel Tower was not allowed. After reading a bit more on the topic, it seems that the lighting system used to light the Eiffel Tower is considered as art, and therefore is protected by copyright laws |
