I knew I was tired but... geez I feel dumb. Obviously, I just cut and pasted an answer for you without comparing. Looking further, I have found a few other references to people not having some of those files, and of people not being able to see it in their add/remove program sections.... but basically end up with the same "fix" instructions... Maybe fire off an email to MS support? Jason Loading...
