IMO, if it's unsolicited, unwanted, or simply unwelcome, then it qualifies as spam. When it gets malicious, then it's still spam, but whoever sent it becomes my next meal. I don't like spam - though I've always rather liked Luncheon Meat. If I get one email, or ten, from a marketing company, it's spam regardless - I don't sign-up for such crap, so it is always unsolicited. What really bothers me is that I receive frequent requests for me to update security information for PayPal... and the most cursory examination of the email exposes the stench of phish. I gave up reporting these a long time ago, simply because I received no response to my reports, nor have I seen their frequency diminished. If I could get a hold of whoever is sending these, the probem would disappear overnight... [small]ZZZ[small]ZZZ[small]ZZZ[small]ZZZ[small]ZZZ[small]ZZZzzz.....[/small][/small][/small][/small][/small][/small]
