Topic: web site redesign: what information would you like from a client (Page 1 of 1)

I am putting a tender out to a few agencies for the redesign of our website.

As developers what information would you like from a client. So far i have....

1. Objective
2. Technical Specifications
3. Content
4. Creative Design preferences
5. Delivery Timeline
6. Budget
7. Contractual Requirements (ip etc)

I would add the following, just in case you weren't implying them in your list:

a. Target market (age group, social group, special requirements)
b. How updates (if any) will be handled and by whom
c. Are they likely to add "modules" to their current site structure
d. Perhaps it would be useful to know how many people you will be reporting to and what their job titles are
