Okay, I somehow managed to stumble across this 'Ozone Asylum' thing. But I really don't know what it is. A little help here? *sits down in the waiting room and wonders if the person sitting next to me is safe to eat* |

Hi, Paradox. Welcome to the Asylum. We're just a big community of people here to have a bit of fun, swap tips, stories, and general insanity. We started out as people who were interested in Adobe Photoshop and things related to it, and in web design and development. Since then, it's all gotten... rather big. We have our ups and downs, just like any community but where we differ from the norm is that we open and accepting, and try to avoid the all-out flame-wars that marr most online bulletin boards. We try to give helpful, constructive criticism of works and ideas, and hope that our comments are recieved in the same spirit. What are you interested in, though? Usually here you'll find at least one other person who shares the same interest with you. |

The thing that has always amazed me about the Asylum is the wide variety of specialities. We have a rather large gamut. |

Not as active here as we used to be, but I think that is because a lot of us here used to do all this as a hobby, but now we are doing it to pay the bills, and we have gone off and specialized in some different areas. The insect disease has affected a number of us. |

I've been waiting down here for several months, and still no sign of that nurse with my pills. I'm starting to think that I'm not crazy at all. |

There are things of far greater fancy than one might suspect beneath the floors of these hallowed halls. Deep within the burning bowels, through the igneous nightmare of the lower cells and onward to the lightless passages of the archive repository, such things of which only the most twisted minds might conceive do roam. On a quiet night, from the southern ramparts above the Philosopher's halls, one might hear the faint echo of alien voices seemingly eminating from the numerous potholes across the surrounding plains - stifled howls, haunting song, or the gutteral growling of some unseen and unimaginable beastie. |
