Ok, let me refine my question:

My animation is not working when I click on a link which transitions you to a new page, but since the new page takes a few seconds to load, I have a message ".. page loading .." with an accompanying animated gif indicator, but the darn thing doesn't spin! My link looks like this:

<a href="newpage.asp" onclick="showLoadingIndicator(); return true;">new page</a>

The onclick shows the layer with ".. page loading .." text, but the animated gif doesn't work : ( Any ideas? I'm thinking that I might need to javascript load the new page, as a workaround.

Here is the animation, [img]http://www.meetscoresonline.com/images.animated/indicator_bouncing_ball.gif[/img/

From this page:
http://www.meetscoresonline.com/default.asp

Click on "Calendar and Results"... The anchor tag is live, but the onclick event fires, and shows the layer with the animation on it... but no animation

I don't see 'indicator_bouncing_ball.gif' reference anywhere in any of your source files.

In an effort of deduction, I've flipped the graphic into an IMG tag. Look for the bouncing ball graphic in an image tag.

mas, working for you? Which browser?

<edit>fix spelling emaige = image</edit>

Working for me in the same browser as mas (on Windows XP), except the graphic and text appear on the far left (and I'm assuming they're supposed to be centered).

Text and graphic appear in IE7, but the graphic isn't animated.

Why, I do not know.
