UBB Help
I make use of lomein.com quite a bit. It's free for personal use, but for full functionality (file transfers, local printing and mounting of remote drives, etc) and variations on the service, pricing varies. They have one service called LogMeIn Rescue which is pretty versatile - the client uses a six digit code via a URL you send them, and a temporary download gives you chat/RDP with them, leaving nothing behind once the session is complete. Last I checked, it was $99 a month (annual agreement) per technician seat. Most of their services are qite a bit cheaper than that.
