It's rather outdated (I think), plus I'm not on it, but here's where you can find a map showing the locations of various Asylumates:

MAX's locator is extremely outdated, I think--it does have a lot of locations, but a majority of the people hanging around the Asylum these days are not on there (myself included).

Well, according to Wikipedia, the population of Lebanon is slightly over four million people. It's much harder to say how many people are from the Middle East, though, since there is no ultimate agreement on what "Middle East" means.

I can't believe I said that I meant to say "The Pool of Life" although pool of Liver would suit the cities more gruesome aspects.
