Topic: Skiing trip (Page 1 of 1)

Every year at easter my parents and I go skiing* in the mountains for a few days - and as usual we did that this year too. The difference is, except for being up in the mountains for a whole five days instead of the usual three, I brought my new digital camera. So, here's a few pictures:

You can't fool me. That's really a desert and what you've done is run all the photo's through the Photoshop snow filter. =)

Some nice pic ... apparently .... is it me or Picassa's UX is really bad : it does not hesitate to loads 500 thumbnails on a single page, no way to middle click the thumbnails to open the images in a new tab, it seem work without JS ( I tried without JS to be able to watch the images I wanted in a new tab without watching all 500 images or go back and forth forever between the image page and the 500 thumbnail page ) ... more or less the same in FF and OP.

i wouldn't say it's bad. It does take forever to load though. Even on mine and I don't have that many pictures on it. I have found that using PicLens is a nice feature when viewing that many images.

Wow - I love those pictures.

I second the recommendation of PicLens - only discovered it myself recently, and I can't stop using it!

PicLens doesn't work in FF3
