Is there any simple way to take a 100 DPI image and convert it to 300 DPI? I have to do this, but do not want to recreate images.

Resample the image in Photoshop..set it to 300 from the Image, Size menu.

If you want to do it properly you will need something like Genuine Fractals Pro.
