Since not all the numbers (I would tend to think the overall majority of them, to be honest) do not have any relationship to 9/11 whatsoever, then one is left with lining up those that do. That doesn't really mean anything, in and of itself. In this sense, it is not even coincidence, but just a form of "match what is similar and discard the rest" really.
