I don't think Sophie is a real person.

I think "she's" purely digital, a form of AI, a spam bot that is able to make contextual sense of threads, albeit poorly, and then spam at random using the signature.

She may mutate into something more dangerous so we should keep an eye on her.

(yeah, that's close to what I'm trying to find out. Giving her the benefit of doubt before hitting the account with a ban as I do with the very obvious bots).

To me, she is a real person. One who enrolled as a mechanical turk for those "make $500 a week online" schemes where real people are asked to spam forums and blogs with a few links and zero substance to their comments.

I wonder how many forums they have to spam before they accrue $500 in a week?

Dunno but it seems she added one more spamity link to her signature. IIRC she had 2 before and her latest post has 3.
