This has been driving me nuts for about a week.

I have this vague recollection of a movie where this little girl keeps saying, "Patay na ma."

Well, when I plug it into Google, that is how it is recognized and suggested. But I have yet to see a hit that is the movie.

Any of you uber sleuths kick my brain?

Any further recollections about the film? Old, New, Sci-fi, on tv or cinema?

I want to say a horror flick, like "Wendigo".

However, I recently started watching Star Trek: TNG on NetFlix and that is what triggered the memory.

Guess I'm going to have to meditate to try to remember anything beyond a little girl that only says, "Patay na ma."

This is, hands down, the worst on-the-tip-of-my-brain tickle that I've ever had.

Perhaps try searching for "movie, little girl, repeats same line over and over"?

I have it a shot with variations, WS, and still nothing.

I'm going to give up for now. Thinking I might have to go on a spiritual journey to consult the akashic records. Maybe not a movie or TV show at all... maybe a previous life. (que: spooky music) Oooohh... Heh.

I *do* remember that. Old school. From the top of my head:

You are about to enter another dimension. A dimension not only of sight and sound, but of mind. A journey into a wonderous land whose bounderies are that of imagination. There is a sign post up ahead. Your next stop: The Twilight Zone.

Not sure if exactly word-for-word, but should be damn close. Not bad for not having seen it in over 20 years, eh?

Now, who amoung you can still sing the theme song to The Muppet Show?
Challenge! ... and no cheating.

I used to live in the twilight zone - seriously fog eating the world around my 5th floor appartment, no trees, no cars, no houses, no nothing and an eerie quiet .

Sorry, can't help you with the movie either, doesn't ring a bell for me .

The only lines I think I can remember are at the end.
"Most sensational.
Inspirational.
This is what we call the Muppet Showwww"
I never had children and the Muppets were not around when I was a lad so not much 'children's' TV was watched alas.
TP, it is said that time and place form the person.

It's originally quoted "Patay na man" which means "You're 'effin dead." They have a lot of those quotes here where I stay back then. I actually didn't think the term didn't exist sometime until 2005.
