Wasn't sure if this was the place to put this but I tried googling how to do this but I figured the inmates here would be better suited to offer suggestions.

A friend of mine created some code to pull audio from a database that we've built. (He built it, I made it look nice) Anyways, I'd like to turn it into a plugin for Wordpress since majority of our sites pull the same code. The only catch is that each site will use it's own unique ID to pull specific data for their site.

I hope that makes sense. If someone here has a suggestion or could help shed some light I'd really appreciate.

It seems to me that Wordpress is programmed in PHP. In order to create a plug-in you'd need to write it in PHP.
