Is it possible to run a server for ASP/Access and one for PHP/MySQL on my home computer? It is remarkably easy to get both to install and work happily side by side on the same PC - you just have to make sure you switch one off before starting the other (or possibly put them on different ports). The quick instructions are available here (and the rest of the site has a lot of information about developing for both):
ASP-PHP.net

InI: For production, cool, but once a site is up and running, configuring the server for both languages can be a big security problem.
Big means BIG. I suggest you not to do that.

Tyberius Prime: And I second that motion.
